Next Generation Web Booking Technology Increases Conversions at QHotels
London (United Kingdom) – May 17, 2017 (travelindex) – Global hospitality management software company Xn protel Systems today announced that it has signed a four-year deal with QHotels to extend its use of xmsEnterprise CRS, following a strategic development partnership. The agreement covers Global Distribution System (GDS), channel management and direct web bookings.
QHotels has twenty-six unique four star hotels with over 3,650 bedrooms in countryside settings and city centers across the UK. In September 2016 QHotels was ranked 115 in the Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250.
Launched for general release in March 2017, xmsEnterprise CRS manages both electronic and voice reservations for hotels, serviced apartment operators, online booking service providers and central reservations offices. Globally scalable, it simplifies the reservation process through guest recognition and bespoke user journeys. xmsEnterprise CRS increases direct booking conversions and drives profit through lower acquisition costs, intelligent customer engagement and integration to third party revenue management systems.
